We offer a same day delivery service for Munich. (Mo – Fr, 11:00 – 16:00)
We ship worldwide with DHL or UPS.
Shipping Costs
Shipping within Germany (DHL standard service): 6.- € per order
Same day delivery for Munich: 15,- € per order
Shipping within the EU (DHL standard service): 15.- € per order
Shipping to the rest of the world (DHL or FedEx Economy): 40.- € per order
If your order is shipped to a non-EU-country, 19% VAT will be deducted from your ordered items. The discount will be applied at check-out when your delivery details are completed.
Please note that for deliveries to non-EU-countries additional fees like tax, customs and import duties may apply. The fees will be collected by DHL or Fedex or the local governing services and are to be borne by the customer.
You can return your order within 14 days after delivery for any reason. For any return request please contact our customer service mail@studio163.de prior to returning your order.
Delivery Time
All orders are packed and shipped from our Munich store.
The delivery time for national shipments within Germany is 1-2 working days.
The delivery time for international shipments is 2-12 working days.
Same day deliveries to Munich are delivered within 90 minutes after your order or at a requested time and date. This service is available Mo – Fr, 11:00 – 16:00.
